We produced a restaurant specializing in tuna rice bowl in Konan-ku, Niigata City. Starting with naming development, We were in charge of the design development and management of the concept, logo, space design, interior coordination, leaflets, business cards, inserts, noren, menu development, and space design. The concept of the restaurant is to be "a popular diner where people can casually enjoy tuna." At Hon Maguro Don Nakabayashi, they purchase only the best quality tuna and dismantle it in their restaurant. In order for you to enjoy the true taste of tuna, they only offer tuna rice bowl. Nakabayashi's tuna rice bowl comes with 4 types of tuna: Ootoro (fatty tuna), Chutoro (medium fatty tuna), Akami (lean tuna), and Negitoro (negitoro) (served with thick egg and soup).

D&AD Awards 2020 | ウッドペンシル受賞(ブランディング部門)

新潟市江南区の本鮪丼の専門店をプロデュースしました。ネーミングの開発からはじめ、コンセプト、ロゴ、空間デザイン、インテリアコーディネート、リーフレット、名刺、折り込みチラシ、暖簾、メニュー開発、空間デザインなどのデザイン開発と管理を担当しました。店のコンセプトは「気軽に本鮪を楽しんでもらう大衆食堂」です。本鮪丼なかばやしは、良質な本鮪を一本仕入れて店内で解体しています。本鮪本来の旨味を楽しんでいただくため、メニューは本鮪丼しかありません。なかばやしの本鮪丼は、大トロ、中トロ、赤身、ネギトロの4種盛り(厚焼き卵、お吸い物付)です。
