I was in charge of shop production (branding design) which renovates an old Western-style building of 100 years in the city area of Sanjo city in Niigata Prefecture to make it a cafe. Starting from naming development, we develop all design development, concept work, logo, graphic tool, interior coordination, food menu development, proposal of vendor, book direction plan, uniform coordination plan, tableware coordination, sign planning. Herbal tea blend asked Ms. Shimbo who is a herb plantation in Niigata City. Coordination of the uniform was requested by Ms. Igarashi and Ms. Hoshino of f-style, and book direction was asked to Ms. Ogura of BOOKS f3.

新潟県三条市の市街地にある、築100年の古い洋館をリノベーションしてカフェにする店舗プロデュース（ブランディングデザイン）を担当しました。ネーミング開発から開始し、コンセプトワーク、ロゴ、グラフィックツール、インテリアコーディネート、メニュー開発、仕入先の提案、ブックディレクション計画、ユニフォームコーディネート計画、テーブルウェアコーディネート、サイン計画、設計デザインディレクションにわたる全てのデザイン開発及び管理を行いました。ハーブティーのブレンドは新潟市でハーブ農園をされている真保氏に依頼。ユニフォームのコーディネートはf-styleの五十嵐氏と星野氏に依頼し、ブックディレクションはBOOKS f3の小倉氏に依頼しました。
