Umeda Knit Co., Ltd., located in Gosen-shi, Niigata, where the knitwear industry is thriving, decided to launch a factory brand, and DESIGN DESIGN was in charge of the visual identity of the brand. The concept, naming, and logo were developed by first confirming the brand image with the client. The concept of the brand was "knitwear that can be loved for 10 years," and the design of the VI also emphasized the importance of long-lasting love. The product packaging is original and made by a Tokamachi textile tatami craftsman. The packaging is bilingual so that the products can be sold overseas.

ニット産業の盛んな新潟市五泉市にあるウメダニットがファクトリーブランドを立ち上げるにあたり、DESIGN DESIGNはビジュアルアイデンティティーを担当した。最初にクライアントと共にブランドイメージを確認しあいながらコンセプトやネーミング、そしてロゴから開発していった。ブランドのコンセプトは「10年愛せるニット」。VIデザインでも長く愛せることを大切にデザインした。商品包装は十日町織物のたとう紙職人に製作してもらっているオリジナル。海外にも出せるようにバイリンガルにしている。
