The direct sales store of Seki Noen, a rice farm in Minamiuonuma City, Niigata Prefecture, was renewed. We were in charge of the store's VI design. We designed the store to be a place where visitors can experience the deliciousness of rice and the beauty of Minamiuonuma's rich natural environment. The restaurant offers not only pesticide-free and reduced-chemical rice, which has won gold medals in international rice flavor contests for six consecutive years, but also salted rice balls made from rice cooked in earthenware pots and home-roasted brown rice coffee. From the second floor of the store, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Minamiuonuma countryside, and have a very luxurious time eating omusubi while admiring the environment in which the rice is grown.

新潟県南魚沼市で米づくりを営む関農園の直売所がリニューアル。弊社は店舗のVIデザインを担当しました。「関農園の玄関、入口」というコンセプトを掲げ、米のおいしさや南魚沼の豊かな自然の素晴らしさを体感していただくための場所になるようにクリエイションしました。国際的な米の旨味コンテストで6年連続金賞を受賞している無農薬栽培米と減農薬栽培米はもちろんのこと、無農薬栽培米を土鍋で炊いたご飯でつくった塩むすびや自家焙煎玄米コーヒーなどを提供しています。お店の2階からは南魚沼の田園風景が一望でき、米の作られた環境を眺めながらおむすびを食べることができるとても贅沢な時間が過ごせるお店です。
